Abstract


Jalannya suatu organisasi yang efektif sangat bergantung pada kepemimpinan dari organisasi tersebut. Salah satu aspek pentingnya adalah visi yang akan dibawa oleh pimpinan. Dengan visi itulah organisasi bergerak, didukung oleh beberapa tahapan. Sekarang bagaimana menjadikan visi tersebut bekerja untuk organisasi.
